This is the "ExportReferenceCardForm" form. To create an export page with this form, enter the name of the export page below. Note that this should be done in the following form: Export_<model name>, e.g. Export_IMAGE. In the following step you can fill in the model name only. The reference card info will then be shown in flat text.
