Policy model in WITNESS is for the moment limited to CO2 emission taxes.
As a default in the framework, the CO2 emission price is dynamically set to the maximum between Carbon Capture and Storage and environmental damage price by the "Policy" module (see here).
Various trades can be run to compare effects of various policies (e.g. variable CO2 tax strategies) or optimize their tuning for specific objectives.
