Policy - WITNESS

Policy model in WITNESS is for the moment limited to CO₂ emission taxes.

As a default ion the framework, the CO₂ emission price is dynamically set to the maximum between Carbon Capture and Storage and environmental damage price by the "Policy" module (see here).

Note: The documentation of WITNESS is 'in preparation' and is not yet 'published'!
