Energy conversion - WITNESS

All energy conversion in WITNESS is performed by energy models describing how to transform energy from a form to another form.

Like all energy technology models, all these models include efficiency of transformation, energy consumption, investment/operation/dismantling costs with learning rates, resources limitations…

In the standard framework, usage of these models is part of the global net energy production investment optimization to maximize production and minimize emissions at available investment budget under resources constraints.
